The White Mountain Hearth Sassafras Refractory Log Set is an artfully crafted log set that will provide a realistic look to the fire and complement the burner pattern to create a lifelike fire, flickering flames and warmth. Unlike a wood fire the vent-free logs generate consistent, controlled heat without flare-ups or die-downs. The Sassafras, like all Empire log sets, are hand painted. A Vent-Free Burner may be installed in a vented fireplace for use as a decorative appliance.
A decorative appliance operates with an on/off switch or remote, and may not operate with a thermostat. The Slope Glaze Burner features concealed controls and includes an intermittent pilot and thermostat remote control (remote included). Includes: 24", 6-piece Refractory Log Set, Slope Glaze Burner and Thermostat Variable Remote Control.

If orders are shipped outside the continental United States or to extended delivery areas (i.e., islands, rural and remote areas, bay areas, etc.), additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
