IMPORTANT: ALL EMPIRE PRODUCTS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED AND QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.
Licensed professionals must be registered with Brandster, Inc. before service can be advised.
Empire will not warranty any product that is not installed by a qualified licensed technician. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. All warranty repairs must be accomplished by a qualified licensed technician.
Required Information for Service
Please have the following information ready beforehand:
- Proof of purchase or order number from Brandster, Inc.
- Proof of professional installation must be presented upon requesting service for your Empire product.
- Technician's name and contact information.
- Diagnostic detailing what is wrong with the product and what parts are needed (must include part numbers; this info can be located in the owner's manual).
- Model/Serial number for the unit.
- Current shipping address for the associated parts.
